Job summary

Darwoft in LATAM is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a FinTech customer experience project. You will design and ship React/TypeScript features for agent workflows, queues, conversations, and dashboards in a remote-first environment.

You will champion AI-assisted engineering, use tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot, and collaborate with product and backend teams to deliver scalable, reliable interfaces across a modular frontend architecture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in frontend-heavy roles.
• Strong React/TypeScript proficiency and API integration.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX domain modules.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and workflows.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to prototype, test, and debug.
• Experiment with AI coding agents to boost productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, CX stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers.
• Integrate frontend apps with BFF and backend APIs.
• Work in a micro-frontend setup with Module Federation and Rspack.
