Darwoft is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high‑impact FinTech project. You will build an internal Customer Experience Operations Platform using React and TypeScript, collaborating with product, CX stakeholders, and backend engineers.

You’ll apply AI-assisted development, prototype quickly, and maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and performance. This remote, LATAM-friendly role emphasizes ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a frontend focus.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills and modern frontend practices.
• Experience using AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, CX, and backend teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX domains.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and workflows.
• Collaborate on API design with FastAPI, OpenAPI contracts, and BFF endpoints.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to prototype, test, and debug.
• Work within a micro-frontend architecture using Rspack and Module Federation.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness for queues, agents, and operational metrics.
