Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/TypeScript) with a strong frontend focus to join an international FinTech CX platform. You will design agent-facing experiences, leverage AI-assisted development, and collaborate with backend services in a modern frontend architecture.

The role emphasizes building reusable UI components, data‑driven interfaces, and end‑to‑end workflows, while integrating with BFF/API backends in a remote, LATAM‑friendly setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, frontend‑oriented.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience using AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to maintain ownership over architecture, code quality, and testing.
• Experience building complex frontend interfaces (forms, tables, dashboards).
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX modules.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, CX stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers.
• Apply AI‑assisted practices to prototype, test, refactor, and debug.
• Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows to boost productivity.
• Ensure end‑to‑end correctness across queues, conversations, and metrics.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and maintainability.
