Job summary

Darwoft seeks a Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/TypeScript) for a LATAM, 100% remote role on a FinTech Customer Experience platform. You will design agent-facing experiences, implement AI-assisted workflows, and collaborate with CX stakeholders to deliver scalable frontend modules and data-driven dashboards.

You will work with a modern frontend stack, including BFF integration, modular architecture, and a strong emphasis on testing, type safety, and maintainability in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with frontend focus.
• Strong React and TypeScript production experience.
• Hands-on use of AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Use AI in engineering while maintaining ownership of architecture and testing.
• Experience building complex product interfaces (forms, tables, dashboards).
• Knowledge of modern frontend practices and component-driven architecture.
• Experience with bundlers Webpack, Rspack, or Vite.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and REST APIs/OpenAPI.
• Ability to debug across frontend and backend boundaries.
• Familiarity with TanStack Query, React Context, and hooks.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and operations.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX modules.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and workflows.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, Storybook.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to prototype, test, and debug.
• Experiment with AI coding agents to improve productivity and quality.
• Build data-driven interfaces using TanStack Query and related tools.
• Integrate frontend with BFF and backend APIs.
• Collaborate on API design with FastAPI services and OpenAPI contracts.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness across queues, agents, conversations, metrics.
