Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high-impact FinTech project. You will build an internal Customer Experience Operations Platform using React and TypeScript, delivering agent-facing interfaces and scalable workflows.

Work is 100% remote within LATAM, with a contractor arrangement and a focus on AI-assisted development, collaboration with Product and CX teams, and high engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong frontend background.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience using AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to use AI as part of engineering workflow while owning architecture and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX modules.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and workflows.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.
• Apply AI-assisted software engineering practices to prototype and test.
• Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows.
• Build data-driven interfaces using TanStack Query, React Router, react-hook-form, and Zod.
• Integrate frontend with BFF and backend APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, CX stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers.
