AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to resolve production issues on a live, high-traffic hiring product. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with the ability to lead and mentor engineers through ambiguity.

This role blends hands-on engineering with real client impact, keeping complex systems reliable under pressure while owning tasks end-to-end and driving architecture changes in a high-growth environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Java/Spring Boot as backend stack (Event Management Backend, Lobby Backend).
• Proficiency with Django/Python as secondary backend stack (Event Management Backend, Lobby Backend).
• Strong React experience for multiple frontends (Event Management Frontend, Lobby Frontend, IRL Frontend, Jobseeker Frontend).
• Experience with build and deployment processes.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues, with emphasis on ongoing hiring events.
• Partner closely with client-facing teams to triage and address tickets.
• Drive timely issue resolution to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or performance degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting hiring events.
• Maintain and update event logic in response to dependencies and upstream systems.
