Job summary

Félix is hiring a Software Engineer to own end-to-end features on our CX Platform, building frontend UI through Node.js services and data models that power daily operations. You will design, ship, and own modules end-to-end, reducing handling times and friction for our operators.

You will work on secure aggregation layers, BFF patterns, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality tools for a remote-first team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Advanced React & UI Engineering: Deep understanding of React and solid foundations in web standards.
• TypeScript proficiency is expected.
• Solid Node.js / Backend skills: design and build REST APIs with robust patterns.
• Data modeling and transactional integrity for relational schemas.
• Security & authorization with RBAC over sensitive data.
• Aggregation / BFF patterns to expose a clean surface to the client.
• Strong problem solving with a balance of UI and backend rigor.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Ownership: Build complete operational modules from UI to data models.
• Module Development: Ship CX platform modules for high-density views and workflows.
• Secure Integration Layer: Implement BFFs and aggregators with strict authorization.
• Operational Efficiency: Translate stakeholder workflows into technical solutions.
• Engineering Craft: Maintain clean patterns, mentor peers, and raise the code quality bar.
