Félix is building a financial companion for Latinos in the US. We are transitioning core operations from low-code solutions to a robust in-house CX platform, delivering features end-to-end from the React UI down to the Node.js services that manage and protect data.

You will own modules, screens, and APIs relied upon by the CX team, shipping end-to-end with measurable impact on speed and accuracy. This role emphasizes shipping tools used by real humans to do real work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Advanced React & UI Engineering with TypeScript.
• Solid Node.js / Backend Skills for REST APIs.
• Data modeling and relational schemas.
• Security & RBAC over sensitive data.
• Aggregation / BFF patterns experience.
• Strong problem-solving, balancing UI and backend work.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Ownership: Build complete operational modules from UI to data models.
• Module Development: Design and ship modules on top of the CX platform.
• Secure Integration Layer: Implement BFFs and aggregators with strict authorization.
• Operational Efficiency: Translate workflows into technical solutions reducing handling times.
• Engineering Craft: Maintain high quality, mentor peers, and elevate engineering culture.
