Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Advanced React & UI Engineering: strong React and TypeScript foundations.
• Solid Node.js / Backend Skills: REST APIs and clean backend patterns.
• Data Modeling: relational schemas and transactional integrity.
• Security & Authorization: RBAC over sensitive data.
• Aggregation / BFF Patterns: design backend-for-frontend layers.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Ownership: build modules from React UI to Node.js services and data models.
• Module Development: design and ship CX platform modules and workflows.
• Secure Integration Layer: implement BFFs and aggregators with strong authorization.
• Operational Efficiency: translate business workflows into technical solutions.
• Engineering Craft: maintain clean patterns and high-quality code; mentor peers.
