Félix seeks an experienced Software Engineer to shape the core architecture of our Fintech Platform. You will work across Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squads to build high‑performance backend services that power secure financial workflows.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions while mentoring peers and driving continuous improvement across the code base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in fintech or similar environment.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Proven track record building, shipping, and iterating on software applications.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices inside Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squads.
• Develop and optimize systems for secure transaction processing.
• Design and implement robust services for secure disbursement of funds to beneficiaries.
• Build and enhance systems for onboarding, KYC, and compliance.
• Design and manage infrastructure to handle millions of daily requests.
• Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and other business units to deliver holistic solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Iterate on platform capabilities based on user feedback and analytics.
