Félix is seeking a senior software engineer to own CX platform features end-to-end, from the React UI to Node.js services, delivering data models and secure integrations that reduce handling times for operators.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable, low-friction tooling while upholding RBAC and data security. Félix offers remote-first culture and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Advanced React & UI Engineering: Deep understanding of React and solid foundations in web standards (HTML/DOM, CSS, HTTP). TypeScript proficiency is expected.
• Solid Node.js / Backend Skills: REST APIs in Node.js; clean backend patterns.
• Data Modeling: relational schemas, performant queries, transactional integrity.
• RBAC and secure data handling.
• Aggregation / BFF patterns: design backend-for-frontend or aggregation layers.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Feature Ownership: Build complete operational modules from React UI to Node.js services and data models.
• Module Development: Design and ship modules on top of CX platform with high-density data views.
• Secure Integration Layer: Implement BFFs and aggregators to standardize payloads and enforce authorization.
• Operational Efficiency: Translate daily workflows into technical solutions that reduce handling times.
• Engineering Craft: Maintain clean patterns, mentor peers, and raise the code quality bar.
