Félix is hiring a Software Engineer to own end-to-end features on our CX platform. You will build modules from the React UI to the Node.js services, focusing on secure, scalable data handling and fast, reliable user experiences.

You will work with a modern stack (React, TS, Node.js, REST) to ship tools used by operators daily. The role offers fully remote work with potential future hybrid arrangements and a strong emphasis on ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Advanced React & UI Engineering: React, HTML/CSS, TypeScript proficiency.
• Solid Node.js / Backend Skills: REST APIs, API design, clean backend patterns.
• Data Modeling: relational schemas, performant queries, transactional integrity.
• Security & Authorization: RBAC over sensitive data; secure handling.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Ownership: build modules from React UI to Node.js data models.
• Module Development: design and ship CX platform top modules and internal tools.
• Secure Integration Layer: implement BFFs and aggregators with strict authorization.
• Operational Efficiency: translate stakeholder workflows into technical solutions reducing handling times.
• Engineering Craft: maintain high quality patterns, code reviews, and mentoring.
