Silver is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to diagnose and resolve production issues for a high-traffic hiring events product. You will own critical incidents, triage tickets, and ensure SLAs are met while deepening both backend and frontend capabilities.

You will work across Java/Spring Boot, Django/Python, and React stacks, partner with client-facing teams, and drive architectural improvements. Strong ownership, autonomy, and the ability to ramp quickly are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary skill set, first priority.
• Django/Python as a secondary skill set, second priority.
• React, Kafka, GraphQL, and SQL or MongoDB are required.
• Build and deployment experience is necessary.
• Senior-level engineer with quick ramp-up and ownership across projects.
• High ownership and autonomy are essential.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve production issues for a high-traffic events product.
• Triage and address tickets with client-facing teams to meet SLAs.
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts and performance degradations.
• Support and onboard team members; lead initiatives with senior-level guidance.
• Contribute to architecture changes and system integrations impacting events.
• Maintain and update event logic as dependencies evolve.
