AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to diagnose and resolve production issues for a high-traffic hiring events product. You will own multiple projects, ramp quickly, and collaborate with client-facing teams.

This remote contractor role offers flexible hours and a path to lead critical features. Required: 4+ years of software experience, strong Java/Spring Boot, with Django/Python as a secondary skill, plus React, Kafka, GraphQL and DB skills.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Java/Spring Boot as the primary skill; Django/Python as a secondary skill.
• Experience with React, Kafka, GraphQL, and database tech (SQL or MongoDB).
• Build, deployment, ownership and autonomy across multiple projects.
• Hands-on with Dagster, Data Lakes or Amazon Athena.
• Familiarity with cloud tooling including Docker, Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues, focusing on in-progress hiring events.
• Triage and address support tickets with client-facing teams.
• Ensure timely resolution to meet SLAs and monitor system health.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting events.
• Maintain event logic and onboard new team members as needed.
