AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale analytics platform. You will implement REST APIs in Python, develop React/TypeScript frontends, manage PostgreSQL schemas, and leverage AI-assisted tools with a critical eye toward maintainability.

The role requires ownership of problem definition, gathering context, and shaping practical solutions in an ad hoc environment.

Formación

• Senior full-stack experience with end-to-end software delivery.
• Strong Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React skills.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and migrations.
• Experience building REST APIs and handling data-heavy apps.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and evaluation of outputs.
• Comfort operating in Mac/Linux terminal environments.

Responsabilidades

• - Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• - Surface, validate, and resolve issues from data sources like ETL pipelines and data lakes.
• - Package and manage applications using Docker.
• - Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code) with critical judgment for long-term maintainability.
• - Collaborate with engineers to clarify requirements and avoid short-term fixes.
• - Work daily with the team via Slack and Google Meet.
