AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will develop REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask), and React/TypeScript frontends, manage PostgreSQL schemas, and leverage AI-assisted tools with strong judgment for long-term maintainability.

The role requires ownership of problem definition, constraints, and practical solutions in an environment with ad hoc and underspecified

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience (must).
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and database migrations.
• Comfortable with REST APIs; able to migrate away from legacy GraphQL.
• Demonstrated experience building data-heavy applications with performance considerations.
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tools with critical judgment.
• High comfort with Mac/Linux terminal environments.
• Strong soft skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Develop interfaces and services that surface, validate, and resolve issues in data from data lake, ETL pipelines, health checks, or model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools while critically evaluating outputs for long-term maintainability.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify functional/non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate daily with engineers via Slack and Google Meet.
