BairesDev, a global remote tech company, is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to own features end to end, including agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and API services. You will evaluate AI behavior against golden datasets and contribute to robust frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior engineers, strong design of AI systems, and a flexible, remote-first environment that supports growth and global impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of Python experience required.
• Experience integrating LLMs and building RAG pipelines.
• Strong front-end skills with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with vector databases and embedding strategies.
• Familiarity with AWS and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in CI/CD and observability practices.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end to end, including agent and skill integrations and supporting APIs.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured data.
• Evaluate agent behavior with offline frameworks and golden datasets.
• Develop frontend interfaces using React with TypeScript.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to unblock teammates and ship reliably.
