You will evaluate AI behavior against golden datasets and contribute to robust frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript.

Senior Full Stack AI Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own features end to end, covering agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and the API services behind them. Evaluating agent behavior against golden datasets rather than shipping on spot checks, you'll bring real rigor to how AI functionality gets validated before it reaches production. This is your opportunity to show clear ownership of your slice of the product, staying vocal about asking for help and unblocking others along the way.

What You'll Do

• Own features end to end, including agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and supporting API services.
• Integrate LLMs and build RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured data.
• Evaluate agent behavior against golden datasets and offline evaluation frameworks.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces using React with TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with a Staff or Principal engineer, surfacing blockers and asking for help proactively.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Python.
• Experience with LLM integration and RAG pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, including LangSmith, LLM-as-judge, offline evals, or golden datasets.
• Experience with AWS.
• Working proficiency with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with retrieval over structured and unstructured data.
• Experience integrating agents and skills against internal services.
• Experience with vector search and embedding strategy using Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, or pgvector.
• Experience with container orchestration (ECS/EKS) and microservices.
• Strong prompt engineering skills, iterating against measured output.
• Experience with CI/CD and service observability, including logging, tracing, and SLOs.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Nice To Have

• Experience with MCP server development.
• Familiarity with streaming agent interactions, including LangGraph API and WebSockets.
• Experience with model gateway and routing such as Bedrock or LiteLLM.
• Familiarity with agent-to-agent communication patterns (A2A).
• Security mindset, including secure coding and AuthN/AuthZ practices.
• Analytics and data visualization experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM workflow integration.
