BairesDev, a global remote-first tech firm, is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to lead backend AI features end to end, partnering with Principal and senior engineers. You’ll design LangGraph flows and RAG pipelines while staying hands-on to unblock teammates and shape production LLM systems.

• 8+ years of Python experience.
• Proven track record building production-grade LLM systems.
• Hands-on with LangChain and LangGraph (agent flows, tools, state).
• Experience building RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with LLM evaluation and tracing (LangSmith, golden datasets).
• 4+ years of React/Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, REST/GraphQL on AWS.
• Strong prompt engineering and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead backend AI features end to end.
• Build LangGraph agent flows and RAG pipelines.
• Ensure evaluation and tracing coverage for shipped AI.
• Collaborate with Principal and Senior engineers; unblock the pod.
