Félix is seeking an experienced backend engineer to shape the core architecture of our fintech platform. You will contribute to Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squads, building secure, high-performance services for cross-border financial operations.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software engineering, strong English skills, and a track record in fintech systems, security, and compliant payment workflows. The role offers fully remote work with future hybrid plans and a chance to mentor peers.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced FinTech
- Experience designing and implementing web services, including REST APIs
- Knowledge of security, compliance and KYC/AML processes
Responsabilidades
- Architect and implement scalable backend microservices in Payments, Disbursements, or GRC
- Develop and optimize systems for secure transaction processing
- Design services for secure and timely disbursement of funds
- Build and enhance onboarding, KYC, and compliance platforms
- Manage infrastructure to handle millions of daily requests securely
- Collaborate with product, operations, compliance and other units
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices
- Continuously improve platform capabilities using analytics
