Félix is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to shape the core technology behind our chat-driven remittance platform. You will design scalable backend microservices, build UI services for chat interfaces on Web and Mobile, and drive real-time messaging infrastructure in a remote-friendly environment.

You will collaborate with product, UX/UI, and business units, mentor juniors, and continuously improve the conversational experience using AI tools.

Formación

• 5+ years as a Software Engineer in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to build, ship, and iterate software with real-world impact.
• Strong foundations in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with SOAP and REST web services.
• Familiarity with Hexagonal, Event-Driven, A/B Testing patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable backend microservices.
• Build UI services and conversational interfaces for remittance platforms.
• Design and manage infrastructure for millions of daily requests.
• Develop backend services using Google Cloud and standard interfaces.
• Mentor juniors and collaborate with product, UX/UI, and business units.
• Leverage feedback and analytics to improve conversational experiences.
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
