Félix is seeking an experienced software engineer to shape the core architecture of our fintech platform. You will work in one of our squads—Payments, Disbursements, or GRC—to build, optimize, and scale backend microservices handling high-volume transactions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Proven track record of building, shipping, and iterating on software applications, particularly in the Fintech domain.
• Solid foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience designing and implementing web services, including REST APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices inside the Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squad.
• Develop and optimize systems for securely processing payments and disbursements.
• Build and enhance KYC/compliance-enabled platforms and secure onboarding flows.
• Design and manage infrastructure for high-availability and high-throughput workloads.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver robust financial solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the engineering team.
