Félix is hiring a Software Engineer for our Product Engineering Team to shape the core technology behind our chat-driven remittance platform. You’ll design scalable backend microservices, build chatbot experiences, and integrate with Google Cloud services to support millions of daily transactions.

You should be proficient in Python, REST/SOAP APIs, and modern cloud infrastructure, with a passion for fintech and a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Join us remotely with a future hybrid setup.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building, shipping, and iterating on software with real-world impact.
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with web services including SOAP and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Hexagonal Architecture, EDA, A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and Gradual Rollouts.
• Conversational experience with chatbots or NLP tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and architect high-performance, scalable backend microservices for our chat platform.
• Build and iterate on chatbot services and conversational interfaces for remittance services.
• Design and manage infrastructure to handle millions of daily requests with real-time messaging.
• Develop backend services using Google Cloud services and industry standards.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product, UX/UI, and business units.
• Use analytics and customer feedback to continuously improve the conversational experience.
