Olé Life is a Latin America–focused digital life insurance company hiring a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on software architecture. You’ll own end-to-end features, work across front-end and back-end layers, and leverage AI tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery.

We value autonomy, basic English, and demonstrated testing discipline (unit, integration, end-to-end). Remote-friendly with in-person moments for teams in Buenos Aires or Lima.

Formación

• Strong software architecture — front and back.
• 4+ years of professional development experience (Sr or SSR).
• Full-stack range across front- and back-end technologies.
• Intensive use of AI in daily workflow with concrete examples.
• Autonomy and self-management with minimal supervision.
• Basic English for technical reading and communication.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated testing strategies.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex.
• Ability to review, validate and improve AI-generated code.

About Olé Life

Olé Life is a digital life insurance company for Latin America, with growing operations in Mexico and Brazil and international reinsurance partners. We're building a small, senior team where every person has real ownership and AI is part of the daily workflow.

About the role

Olé Life is a life-insurance company building modern digital products and internal platforms. Our work runs on a TypeScript-heavy stack — Next.js and React on the front, Go on the back, Postgres for data, on AWS and GCP — and our teams ship fast by making AI a core part of how they work.

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer whose strongest skill is software architecture across the full stack, and who already uses AI intensively in their day-to-day to move faster and ship better.

You’ll join a small, autonomous team where you own work end to end, your judgment is trusted, and you switch context often. If you like real ownership and moving fast without anyone hovering over you, this role is for you.

What we're looking for

• Strong software architecture — front and back. This is the core of the role. You can design systems, model data, define clean API contracts, and structure both front-end and back-end codebases for change. We care far more about how you think about architecture than about which specific languages or frameworks you've used.

• 4+ years of professional experience as a developer (Ssr or Sr level).

• Real full-stack range: comfortable owning both front and back. The front-end stack doesn't matter to us — React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, whatever you've used seriously.

• Intensive, demonstrable use of AI in your daily workflow to work faster and better. We’ll want concrete examples of how AI fits into how you build — which tools, and where in your process.

• Autonomy and self-management: you deliver value without close supervision, manage your own schedule, and are comfortable with frequent context switching.

• Basic English (technical reading and basic communication).

• Experience designing and maintaining automated testing strategies (unit, integration and end-to-end).

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or similar tools as part of the software development lifecycle.

• Ability to review, validate and improve AI-generated code.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go (not required).

• Background in small teams, startups, or high-autonomy environments.
