Job summary

The CX Guys are seeking an experienced, all-round design lead to own and elevate commercial design across our ecommerce brands. You will handle product imagery, packaging, and advertising creatives while reviewing peers and driving visual quality.

This senior, hands-on role requires strong taste, ownership, and the ability to turn feedback into high-impact visuals. You’ll lead with initiative and ensure the brand maintains a sharp, market-ready look.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce or commercial product design.
• Portfolio showing product-focused work, not logos.
• Excellent visual judgment, typography, composition, and attention to detail.
• Strong AI image-generation and editing skills.
• Experience creating AI product/lifestyle imagery.
• Strong text-in-image skills.
• Ability to independently solve design problems.
• Experience reviewing other designers' work and giving feedback.
• Proactive approach and ability to suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create and improve visual work across ecommerce brands.
• Produce product imagery for PDPs, packshots, and lifestyle creatives.
• Create occasional advertising creatives.
• Generate AI imagery for products and lifestyle.
• Text-in-image creatives with strong typography and composition.
• Review work from other designers and provide actionable feedback.
• Maintain and raise the overall visual quality of the brand.
