You will ideate compelling concepts, translate client goals into practical designs, and collaborate with in-house and freelance designers to deliver top-tier work.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of digital design experience, a strong visual aesthetic, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Advertising or Graphic Design.
• 4+ years of digital design experience; agency background preferred.
• Experience designing for omnichannel and e-commerce campaigns; strong visual aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts for web, mobile and campaigns.
• Map designs to client goals, audiences and verticals.
• Collaborate with designers and clients; mentor juniors and interns.
• Estimate time to complete work and use AI to improve workflow.
