AgileEngine is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to craft visual concepts for ecommerce, web and mobile, and omnichannel marketing campaigns. You will ideate, map designs to business goals, and maintain high standards while collaborating with in-house and freelance teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of digital design experience, strong Figma and Adobe CS skills, HTML/CSS familiarity, and excellent communication. Flexible work options and modern projects await.

Formación

• Strong visual design aesthetic with layout, navigation, typography, colors and image composition for web/mobile.
• Meticulous attention to detail across deliverables.
• Ability to work autonomously and with a team to align with project vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially about design with clients.
• UX/UI skills including wireframes, sitemaps and information architecture.
• Experience building data-backed designs and articulating digital design concepts to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Create designs mapped to client goals, audience, and vertical.
• Maintain high standards and present only best work to clients.
• Advise clients on industry best practices when appropriate.
• Estimate time to complete work and manage timelines.
• Experiment with new tools and technologies to improve flow.
• Research and provide strategic, goal-driven design solutions.
• Collaborate with other designers in-house and freelance.
• Provide feedback to team members during presentations.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
