AgileEngine is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft visual concepts for e-commerce experiences, web and mobile projects, and omnichannel marketing campaigns. You’ll ideate, design, and collaborate with in-house and freelance teams to meet client goals while using AI tools to streamline workflows.

The role requires 4+ years of digital design experience, strong UX/UI capabilities, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital design experience
• Agency experience preferred
• UX and UI skills including wireframes, sitemaps, and information architecture

Responsibilities

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Create conceptual designs aligned with client goals, audience and verticals.
• Maintain high standards; ensure best work is shared with client.
• Advise clients on industry best practices when appropriate.
• Accurately estimate time to complete work.
• Experiment with new tools and technologies.
• Research and provide strategic, goal-driven design solutions.
• Collaborate with designers in-house and freelance.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops.
• Give constructive feedback during presentations.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Explore new tools and AI-powered workflows.
• Use AI to improve workflow efficiency and streamline design processes.
