Job summary

Talent Global LLC. is seeking a mid- to senior-level UX/UI Designer to lead design of websites, landing pages, and ecommerce stores for clients. You will turn business goals into user-centered, conversion-focused experiences from research to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.

This part-time role starts at 15–20 hours per week with a path to full-time, fully remote. You should have 3+ years web design experience, with live ecommerce work, strong visual craft, and a proven CRO track record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of website design experience.
• At least 2–3 live ecommerce stores on real domains.
• Senior-level visual craft with original layouts.
• Hands-on UX research process including personas and journeys.
• Proven CRO experience with measurable results.
• Solid ecommerce UX understanding (product pages, cart, checkout).
• Advanced Figma (components, variants, auto layout).
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of responsive design and how designs translate into code.
• AI tools integrated into design workflow.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Nice to have: basic HTML/CSS.
• Nice to have: brand identity work.
• Nice to have: marketing or web design agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Research client business, audience, and competitors; build personas and journeys.
• Define information architecture, sitemaps, and wireframes.
• Design high-fidelity, mobile-first UI for websites, landing pages, and ecommerce stores.
• Apply CRO best practices and measure impact of design changes.
• Write UX copy: headlines, CTAs, and microcopy that support the story.
• Build and maintain brand design systems in Figma.
• Prepare developer-ready files with responsive specs, states, assets, and handoff notes.
• Collaborate with Head of Web and development team to ensure feasibility.
