Huzzle seeks a high-energy Digital Marketing Account Manager for a remote-first Austin-based agency client. You will manage client relationships, bridge complex SEO/PPC strategies with business growth, and own multi-channel campaigns across global brands.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in client-facing roles, agency experience, and strong analytics with GA4 and Google Ads reporting. The role offers a fully remote setup with international clients and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 2+ years in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles.
• 1+ year in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and Paid Media (PPC) fundamentals.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Ads reporting, and Meta reporting.
• Experience with Webflow, WordPress, and/or Shopify CMS.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, managing the relationship from onboarding through ongoing optimization.
• Lead regular cadence calls, status updates, and reporting sessions to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Partner with internal specialists to guide strategy, ensuring work stays on track, in scope, and aligned with client KPIs.
• Monitor performance data to surface actionable insights and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
• Educate clients on digital marketing fundamentals, translating metrics into clear business value.
• Maintain high client satisfaction with a minimum retention rate and strong NPS scores.
• Ensure project deadlines are met through organization and cross-departmental collaboration.
