Job summary

MRM is seeking a Sr Digital Designer to produce creative assets for digital advertising. You will work across digital design, presentation design, and motion graphics, following briefs and brand guidelines, and collaborating with the Senior Digital Designer and Art Director.

You will redesign presentations, create banners, social videos, emails, landing pages, and DOOH assets, delivering high-quality work on time with constructive feedback in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in digital agencies.
• Experience designing for social media and audiovisual media.
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator (Adobe CS).
• Intermediate knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides/Keynote for presentations.
• Excellent communication and ability to present ideas clearly.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Advanced English (C1-C2).

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Digital Designer and/or Art Director in creating assets for digital advertising per briefs and brand guidelines.
• Support the Senior Presentation Designer in crafting high-impact presentations and visual stories.
• Redesign existing presentations to boost visual impact.
• Design and produce banners, social videos, landing pages, emails, DOOH assets, and print/digital promo materials.
• Deliver high-quality assets on time, incorporating feedback from leads and clients.
• Incorporate input to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Maintain consistent quality across all deliverables.
