MRM, a Digital Marketing and Advertising multinational, seeks a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day production and team delivery. You will coordinate schedules and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality outcomes for multiple projects.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in project/service management, strong communication, and proficiency with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, and JIRA, with client-facing experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in project management or service management in professional services.
• Agency or client-side experience a plus.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) experience preferred.
• Experience with digital campaigns and project methodologies (agile, hybrid, waterfall).
• PM Certified is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple low- to medium-complexity projects.
• Handle several projects concurrently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Lead kickoff meetings with clear expectations and deliverables.
• Create and manage scope documents and timetables/action plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams including technology, QA, UX, content, analytics.
• Interact with clients and partners effectively.
• Identify resource requirements and facilitate staffing.
• Coordinate asset deliveries with partners and internal teams.
• Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration.
