Job summary

DOOR is seeking a Visual Designer to bring its brand to life across marketing, sales, and product touchpoints. You'll own a wide range of creative projects, from campaigns and trade show materials to product packaging and our website, while building templates and tools for consistency across the company.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, improving design efficiency with scalable templates and self-service tools, and ensuring on-brand assets at every customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years in visual, brand, or marketing design (in-house or agency).
• Portfolio showing range across digital, print, and physical assets.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creativity and fluency in building with AI.
• Motion design skills, ideally After Effects to Lottie.
• Able to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Systems thinking: build templates and tools, not just one-off assets.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing emails, campaigns, and landing pages.
• Create trade show booths, signage, and event collateral.
• Design packaging and instructional materials for hardware products.
• Produce sales materials: decks, one-pagers, case studies.
• Support the product design team with illustrations, graphics, and motion assets.
• Design, build, and maintain the corporate site and landing pages in Webflow.
• Build and maintain self-service creative tools so teams can create on-brand assets.
• Help evolve and enforce brand guidelines across all output.
