DOOR is seeking a Visual Designer to bring the brand to life across marketing, sales, and product touchpoints, owning a wide range of creative projects from campaigns to packaging and our website. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop assets, templates, and self‑service tools that scale design and ensure on‑brand visuals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in visual, brand, or marketing design (in-house or agency).
• Portfolio showing range across digital, print, and physical.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creativity and fluency in building with AI.
• Motion design skills, ideally After Effects to Lottie.
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Systems thinking: you build templates and tools, not just one-off assets.

Responsabilités

• Design marketing emails, campaigns, and landing pages.
• Create trade show booths, signage, and event collateral.
• Design packaging and instructional materials for hardware products.
• Produce sales materials: decks, one-pagers, case studies.
• Support the product design team with illustrations, graphics, and Lottie motion assets.
• Design, build, and maintain the corporate site and landing pages in Webflow.
• Build and maintain self-service creative tools (deck builders, social asset generators, templates).
• Help evolve and enforce brand guidelines across output.
