Bluelightconsulting, a leading software consultancy, seeks a disciplined DevOps/SRE/DevSecOps professional with 5+ years of experience to join a fast-growing team. You will drive cloud architecture, automation, and secure deployments across multi-tenant environments for demanding clients.

The role requires hands-on AWS expertise (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora) and strong IaC skills, with opportunities for professional growth and impactful projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3).
• Experience running Aurora/PostgreSQL in production with multi-AZ failover and read replicas.
• Experience with IaC (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience with Docker and ECS/Fargate; building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Security-focused mindset; vulnerability scanning and compliance awareness.
• Experience with incident response, on-call rotations, and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable DevOps/SRE/DevSecOps practices.
• Operate AWS services and manage production databases with high availability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Implement monitoring/observability tooling and performance testing.
• Lead security reviews and auditable evidence for SOC 2/compliance.
• Collaborate across teams on complex systems and multi-tenant setups.
