Job summary

Bluelight, a leading software consultancy, seeks a senior DevOps/SRE/DevSecOps engineer to join our rapidly growing team. You will design and operate scalable AWS-based platforms (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora), implement IaC (Terraform or CloudFormation), and help shape secure, resilient deployments for multi-tenant clients.

You’ll collaborate across US business hours, own incident response, and drive CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps experience.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Production Aurora/Postgres with multi-AZ, read replicas, lag monitoring.
• IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Docker and ECS/Fargate containerization.
• CI/CD pipelines development and maintenance.
• Deployment automation with rollback drills.
• Observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch).
• Load testing with k6 or equivalent.
• Security-focused and vulnerability management.
• SOC 2/audit support.
• Incident response, on-call rotations, RCA.
• Ability to overlap US hours.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Extreme ownership, accountability.

• Strong problem-solving and meticulous attention.
