AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Designer to lead ecommerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity work for CPG clients. You will move fluidly between wireframes, user flows, and polished visual design, applying ecommerce best practices across every deliverable.
Comfort presenting decisions to clients and mentoring junior designers completes the role. You will collaborate with designers, both in-house and freelance, and use AI to improve workflow efficiency.
Formación
- Strong visual design aesthetic with mastery of layout, typography, colors, and image composition for web/mobile.
- 4+ years of digital design experience, preferably in an agency.
- Solid knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or a similar discipline.
Responsabilidades
- Ideate and execute compelling design concepts for web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and polished visuals aligned with client goals.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback in reviews and workshops.
- Collaborate with in‑house and freelance designers to deliver top-tier work.
- Present decisions to clients and advise on industry best practices.
