AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Senior Designer to lead ecommerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity for CPG clients. You will move between wireframes, flows, and polished visuals, applying ecommerce best practices across all deliverables.

You will present decisions to clients and mentor junior designers to raise standards. You will collaborate with in-house and freelance designers, estimate timelines, and continually explore new tools.

Formación

• 4+ years of digital design experience, preferably in an agency.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Advertising or Graphic Design.
• Strong visual design, layout, typography, and color concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts for web and mobile.
• Map designs to client business goals, audience, and verticals.
• Maintain high-quality deliverables and present work to clients.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with in-house and freelance designers.
• Estimate time to complete work and contribute to process improvements.
• Wield AI tools to streamline design workflows and increase efficiency.
