AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Designer to lead e-commerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity work for CPG clients. This role moves between wireframes, user flows, and polished visual design, applying ecommerce best practices across every deliverable.

You will present decisions to clients, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with in-house and freelance teammates while exploring new tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.

Formación

• Strong visual design aesthetic and conceptual thinking with layout, navigation, typography, colors, and image composition.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Ability to work autonomously and with the team to execute the shared project vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for design discussions with clients.
• UX and UI skill set including wireframes, sitemaps, and information architecture.
• Able to articulate digital design and web terms to clients and teams.
