AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Designer to lead e-commerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity work for CPG clients. You will move between wireframes, user flows, and polished visuals, applying ecommerce best practices and mentoring junior designers.

You will present decisions directly to clients and collaborate with in-house and freelance designers. Strong UI/UX, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is essential, as is experience with HTML/CSS.

Formación

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Advertising, Graphic Design or similar discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Create conceptual and practical designs that map back to the client’s business goals, audience, and vertical.
• Maintain high standards in the work created and ensure only the best work is shared with the client.
• Advise clients on industry best practices when appropriate.
• Accurately estimate time to complete work.
• Continually experiment with new tools and technologies.
• Research and provide strategic, goal-driven solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with other designers, both in-house and freelance.
• Provide useful contributions to team meetings and conversations, actively participating in client meetings and workshops.
• Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback to all team members during presentations.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Proactively explore new tools.
• Use AI to improve workflow efficiency and streamline the design process.
