AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Designer to lead ecommerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity work for CPG clients. You will move between wireframes, user flows, and polished visual design, applying ecommerce best practices across every deliverable, with comfort presenting decisions to clients and mentoring junior designers.

You will ideate, execute compelling designs, collaborate with in-house and freelance teams, and use AI to improve workflow, while maintaining high standards

Formación

• Proven digital design experience with 4+ years.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong visual design and attention to detail.
• Ability to present to clients and mentor juniors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design concepts for ecommerce, web, and mobile apps.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with in-house/freelance teams.
• Estimate time to complete work and manage client expectations.
• Use AI to improve workflow.
