AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Designer to lead ecommerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity work for CPG clients. You will move between wireframes, user flows, and polished visuals, applying ecommerce best practices across deliverables.

Mentoring junior designers and presenting to clients are key parts of the role. You will work with in-house and freelance designers, collaborate in client workshops, and leverage AI to streamline design processes while delivering high-impact

Formación

• 4+ years of digital design experience; agency experience preferred.
• Proven ability to design for web and mobile with strong typography and layout.
• Experience building data-backed designs and explaining design decisions to clients.
• Solid knowledge of responsive design and omnichannel campaigns.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and collaborate with in-house and freelance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Create designs that map to client goals, audience, and vertical.
• Maintain high standards and present only the best work to clients.
• Advise clients on industry best practices when appropriate.
• Accurately estimate time to complete work and manage timelines.
• Collaborate with designers and freelancers; participate in client workshops.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentor interns and junior designers.
• Explore new tools and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency.
