Job summary

Monks, a global digital-first agency, is seeking a presentation designer for a 3-month contract. You will collaborate with Creative and Design Directors to craft impactful visuals for digital and print, ensuring brand guidelines while innovating new styles.

The role involves refining assets, mentoring juniors, and delivering launch-ready files to executives and clients. You should have 4+ years in digital/print production, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital and print production, agency environment preferred.
• Well-curated online portfolio showcasing presentation design and media versatility.
• Advantageous knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative and Design Directors to produce impactful visuals.
• Receive file and direction handoffs from Art Directors and finalize emails, direct mail packages, banners, individual image assets, and mock-ups according to specifications.
• Adhere to brand guidelines while developing new styles and creative proposals.
• Work with business leaders to translate vision and strategy into effective visuals.
• Adapt, retouch, and scale assets for digital and print formats.
• Design presentations for executives and large external events.
• Seamlessly transition between digital and print production.
• Collaborate with clients, executives, strategists, and creatives to refine rough sketches into polished launch-ready files.
• Demonstrate strong time management and manage multiple projects with lead and Project Managers.
