Endava is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to build and maintain data pipelines and models behind a centralized HR data warehouse. You will work with Snowflake, DBT, Python, and Airflow to create semantic layers consumable by BI tools and AI agents.
Responsibilities include designing data infrastructure, implementing ETL across diverse sources using Terraform and AWS, and enabling agentic querying via Snowflake Cortex-like tooling.
Formación
- 4+ years of data engineering experience.
- Snowflake data warehousing expertise.
- DBT data transformations proficiency.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and maintain secure, efficient data pipelines for HR data sources.
- Build infrastructure for ETL using Python, DBT, Terraform, and AWS tools.
- Improve processes, create data quality tests, and monitor pipelines to maintain uptime.
- Design semantic views and ontology layers over dbt models to enable BI and AI access.
- Deploy AI agents for HR use cases enabling natural-language querying over data.
- Configure MCP connections between Snowflake and internal AI tooling.
