AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to build and maintain pipelines and data models for a centralized HR data warehouse. You will work with Snowflake, DBT, Python, and Airflow to create semantic layers enabling BI tools and AI agents.

Experience with Snowflake Cortex or MCP tooling is a strong plus. You will develop secure data pipelines, design ontology layers, and deploy AI agents for HR-related use cases, ensuring robust data quality and uptime.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or related field.
• Experience with Snowflake data modeling and datamarts.
• Proficient in DBT for data transformations.
• Strong Python skills and OO design.
• Experience with Airflow orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain secure data pipelines (DBT, PySpark, Python) in cloud environments.
• Build extraction, transformation, and loading for HR data sources.
• Monitor pipelines to maintain high uptime and implement tests in the Data Quality Framework.
• Design semantic views and ontology layers for BI and AI consumption.
• Configure MCP connections for secure data exposure to AI tooling.
