AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to build and maintain HR data pipelines and data models behind a centralized HR data warehouse. You will work with Snowflake, DBT, Python, and Airflow to design semantic layers for BI tools and AI agents.

Experience with Snowflake Cortex or MCP-based tooling is a strong plus. The role emphasizes secure handling of large-scale HR data and real-time processing with strong SQL skills and comprehensive documentation.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or related field.
