Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and connectors to serve as a technical bridge between enterprise customers and the engineering team.

This role blends data engineering, software development, solution architecture, cloud infrastructure, and technical consulting, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing engagements in a fully remote LATAM environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software, data, or platform engineering experience.
• Strong Python and Go development and REST API design.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines, connectors, and integration platforms.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience in production.
• CI/CD and Git workflows experience.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL knowledge for large-scale data.
• Customer-facing collaboration and technical advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including IdPs, cloud platforms, SASE solutions, network infrastructure, endpoints, apps, security platforms, and SIEMs.
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, security requirements, and constraints.
• Lead onboarding from discovery to production deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for security events, logs, and network telemetry.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, event-driven architectures, and modern software practices.
• Develop backend services primarily with Python and/or Go.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to store, transform, and query data.
• Operate containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy and integrate solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment and integration issues across multiple layers.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Identify recurring customer requirements and turn them into reusable connectors or platform capabilities.
• Contribute insights to the product roadmap and support time-to-value for enterprise customers.
• Participate in occasional customer-facing technical sessions and onsite engagements.
