Job summary

Darwoft is looking for a Senior Data Engineer focused on marketing analytics to build and run data pipelines that power education/cybersecurity platforms. You will connect paid media and CRM sources, design scalable BigQuery schemas, and implement modular dbt/Dataform transformations.

You will collaborate with a distributed team to deliver fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated insights while maintaining strict data segregation for multiple clients across LATAM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing or agency environments.
• Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in ETL platforms (Adverity or comparable).
• Intermediate to advanced SQL with BigQuery experience in transformation, partitioning, and modeling.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform, with modular, version-controlled SQL pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Understanding marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and paid platform schemas.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture across paid media and CRM sources.
• Build and maintain CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) to feed the warehouse.
• Design and optimize BigQuery schemas, partitioning, and storage strategy.
• Create modular dbt/Dataform transformations with clear naming conventions.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and data segregation across clients.
• Develop Looker Studio dashboards and automated Google Sheets reports.
• Monitor data quality, resolve API breaks, and troubleshoot end-to-end issues.
