Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join its remote LATAM team. You will own ingestion, CRM integrations, data warehouse design, and modular transformations to power Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports. The role emphasizes data quality, CI/CD, and multi-client data segregation in a distributed setup.

You will work with Python, SQL, and cloud tech, collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex data requirements into scalable solutions for education and nonprofit clients.

Competenze

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering in marketing or agency settings.
• Experience configuring data streams and transformations in ETL platforms.
• Strong SQL with BigQuery transformation/modeling experience.
• Proficiency in Python for API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce/HubSpot/Slate).

• Own data ingestion pipelines from paid media and CRM sources.
• Build and maintain reliable CRM connections and warehouse data flows.
• Design and optimize Google BigQuery schemas and storage.
• Develop modular dbt/Dataform pipelines with clear naming conventions.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce data segregation.
• Create fast Looker Studio views and automated reports for clients.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot pipeline issues.
