Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Marketing-oriented) to own end-to-end data pipelines linking ad platforms, CRM, and the warehouse in BigQuery. You will build modular dbt/Dataform pipelines, create robust Python connectors, and enable Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports for education and nonprofit clients.

You will work remotely across LATAM with a strong emphasis on data quality, CI/CD, and multi-client data segregation, driving scalable analytics for marketing performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing or agency environment.
• Strong experience configuring datastreams and transformations in Adverity or comparable ETL platforms.
• Proficient in SQL with BigQuery experience and data modeling.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform for modular, version-controlled pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing data.
• Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and platform schemas.
• Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices; multi-client data segregation.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media and CRM into Adverity and warehouse.
• Build and maintain CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) to feed the warehouse.
• Design and optimize the Google BigQuery data warehouse with scalable schemas.
• Develop SQL schemas to map and blend multi-channel data in dbt/Dataform pipelines.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and enforce data segregation.
• Create efficient data views for Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot api breaks, reduce latency, run validations.
